As they say, one mans loss is anothers gain, and foreclosures in Colorado Springs provide great real estate opportunities for new home buyers or investors. Whether you are searching for a first home or an investment property, there are many HUD/VA or bank-repossessed homes in the Colorado Springs area selling for as much as 50 percent below market value. I did a search online of foreclosures in Colorado Springs and found 3br/2ba homes for as low as $115,000. This is about $40,000 off of market value.
